Preschool 3 - Kindergarten Transition
Between birth and age 5, there are approximately 2,000 days of growth and development for the young child. Each of these days is significant in the areas of cognitive, social-emotional, and spiritual development. Grand View Christian School is pleased to offer a wide variety of age-appropriate Christ-centered programs designed to prepare active 3-5 year olds for academic success and spiritual growth.
After-School Care is available on school days until 5:30

The GVCS Early Education Program follows the Quality Program Preschool Standards (QPPS). Teachers are licensed through the Iowa Department of Education. Assessments of growth and development are ongoing throughout the school year to monitor preparation for kindergarten readiness. Parent conferences are available bi-annually and as needed. Special services are available to GVCS through Heartland AEA for screenings in speech, hearing, or other areas of development.
