Phil Winfield has been associated with Grace Church since 1984. For five years he served as co-Pastor at Grace Church. For 13 years he, his wife Bonnie, and his three children were sent from Grace to Lima, Peru as missionaries where they served together as church planters. Just before the events of 9/11 in 2001 Phil and Bonnie returned to Des Moines where Phil became the Senior Pastor. God has allowed the passion of a missionary evangelist to continue to burn in Phil’s heart as he desires to see many more come to faith.
